Welcome to NEBO GEAR. By using our website, submitting a quotation request, placing an order, approving artwork or specifications, or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Custom Manufacturing
NEBO GEAR specializes in custom sportswear, team uniforms, activewear, casual wear, outerwear, accessories and private-label manufacturing. Most products are manufactured specifically according to customer-approved designs, colors, sizes, names, numbers, logos, fabrics, decoration methods and other specifications.
2. Quotations and Orders
Prices shown in quotations are based on the information, quantities, specifications, materials, customization and delivery requirements provided by the customer. Quotations may be revised if quantities, designs, materials, specifications, shipping requirements or other order details change.
An order is considered confirmed after the required advance payment has been received and the relevant order specifications have been approved.
3. Artwork, Mockups and Approvals
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving artwork, mockups, spelling, player names, numbers, colors, sizes, logos, placement and other specifications before production.
Once artwork or production specifications are approved and manufacturing has started, changes may not be possible or may result in additional costs and production time.
Minor differences in color appearance may occur between digital screens, printed samples, fabric types and production processes. Where exact color matching is required, customers should provide Pantone or other recognized color references.
4. Customer-Supplied Logos and Artwork
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right or authorization to use all logos, trademarks, artwork, names and other intellectual property supplied to NEBO GEAR for manufacturing.
By submitting such material, the customer authorizes NEBO GEAR to reproduce it solely as necessary to manufacture and fulfill the customer's order.
5. Samples
Pre-production or physical samples may be available upon request and may involve separate sample, development and shipping charges.
Approval of a sample confirms acceptance of the approved construction, design, sizing, materials and decoration, subject to normal manufacturing tolerances.
6. Production Time
Production timelines are estimates and normally begin after payment, artwork, sizes and all required specifications have been approved.
Production and delivery schedules may be affected by order quantity, material availability, customization complexity, holidays, courier operations, customs procedures or circumstances outside NEBO GEAR's reasonable control.
7. Payment
Payment terms are confirmed with each quotation, invoice or order. Customers must make payments using the payment instructions provided by NEBO GEAR.
Any bank charges, intermediary charges, currency conversion fees or similar payment costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
8. Shipping and Delivery
NEBO GEAR supplies customers internationally. Shipping method, freight charges, duties, taxes and import arrangements are determined according to the terms agreed for each order.
Estimated transit times are not guaranteed because customs inspections, courier delays, weather, regulatory procedures and other events may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
9. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Import duties, local taxes, customs charges and similar governmental fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the quotation or invoice specifically states that such charges are included.
10. Returns, Defects and Claims
Because customized products are manufactured specifically for each customer, returns and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
If an order contains a verified manufacturing defect, incorrect customization caused by NEBO GEAR or a workmanship issue, customers should contact us promptly with photographs and relevant order details so the matter can be reviewed and resolved.
11. Sizing
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size chart and submitting accurate sizes. Customized products manufactured according to customer-approved sizing information generally cannot be returned because of incorrect size selections supplied by the customer.
Reasonable manufacturing tolerances may apply to garment measurements.
12. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, manufacturing information and other website content accurate. However, product specifications, materials, manufacturing options and availability may change without prior notice.
Product images and mockups are provided for presentation purposes and may differ slightly from finished products due to fabric, lighting, screens and manufacturing processes.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the NEBO GEAR name, logo, website design, original graphics, photographs and content remain the property of NEBO GEAR and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
Customer-owned logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NEBO GEAR will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from use of the website, shipping delays, customs delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
15. Privacy
Personal information submitted through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to These Terms
NEBO GEAR may update these Terms of Service when necessary. The version published on our website at the time of an order or transaction will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
